Vyne House puts fourteen people who are already building under one roof for 3 weeks, and removes everything that isn't the work or the people doing it.

It's deliberately small and application-only. The bar is intent and proof-of-work. Founding creators and indie builders.

The basics
Who should apply?+

You're actively building — a product, service or audience — you can point at real progress, and you want to achieve a metric (a certain revenue/traction) by the end of the cohort.

Do I need revenue or funding?+

No. But some real signal beats an idea deck - working mvp, users, waitlist, subscribers - anything that shows people care.

What you get
What do I actually get out of three weeks?+

Daily accountability against one shipping goal, a demo day in front of founders and operators, and everything else — room, food, desk, wifi, claude/codex — handled so you only think about the work. And after the cohort, you stay in the Vyne House network: the residents, hosts, and the angel investor circle.

Will you do the work for me?+

No. This isn't an accelerator or an agency — but mentors will push you to achieve your metric (paying customers/traction/revenue goal). You ship; the room makes it happen faster.

How is progress measured?+

One goal, stated out loud on day one and written on the wall. Every day you say where it stands. Along the way we track the things that actually move a product:

• Features shipped live

• Users or waitlist signups added

• Customer/user conversations done

• Revenue or payments movement

• Content and launches shipped

On day twenty you demo it.

What's included?+

3 weeks in a shared-occupancy room at the villa, a full coworking space, claude/codex access, gym, yoga, sound therapy, and meals. Flights, visas and your own bar tab are on you.

Does Vyne take equity?+

No. One flat fee for your seat, shared on acceptance. No equity, no fees after, no upsell.

How do I get in?+

Short application — what you're building and what you'd ship in 3 weeks. We read every one and reply within 48 hours. Payment only after you're accepted.

Is this a Vyne thing?+

Vyne House is hosted by the team behind Vyne. We've been building out of Goa for over a year, doing deep work surrounded by nature.

03 — Why October

The rain empties the place out. Green hills, empty roads, clean air - the best time and place to do deep work.

04 — The residency
Day 1

Arrive, unpack, state your one thing

Everyone says out loud what they intend to have shipped by demo day. It goes on the wall. No slides, just talk to people.

Days 2–19

Deep work mornings, open afternoons

Silent build block until 2pm — nobody schedules anything over it. Afternoons are for pairing, teardowns, and dragging someone into your repo.

Daily

Touch grass (or water)

A quiet beach and some beautiful walking trails are minutes from the house. Take a couple of hours a day to leave the screen. Yoga, sound therapy for your mind. It counts as work.

Day 20

Demo day

Everyone ships something live, in front of a small invited audience of founders and operators. Then it pours, and we sit on the verandah.

Day 21

Unwind

A boat out to a private island, no laptops. You'll have earned it.
