Two weeks · Fourteen seats · September
A villa in Goa
for people who ship.
One house, 14 founders and creators, 2 weeks. Mornings are silent and for building. Evenings are one long table. On the last day everyone demos something that didn't exist when they landed.
- Where
- A private villa in Goa
- When
- September — 2 weeks
- Seats
- 14, and we don't add chairs
- Price
- $400 — all inclusive
01 — The premise
Most of us are building alone, in a room, next to a Telegram tab. That's the problem — not the idea, not the funding.
Vyne House takes 14 people who are already building, puts them under one roof for two weeks, and removes everything that isn't work or the people doing it.
It's deliberately small. $400 filters for intent without filtering for who's already funded. Creators, AI and crypto builders, indie hackers — the mix is the point.

02 — The fortnight
- Day 1
Arrive, unpack, state your one thing
Everyone says out loud what they intend to have shipped by day fourteen. Written on the wall. No slides, no intros longer than a minute.
- Days 2–12
Deep work mornings, open afternoons
Silent build block until 2pm — nobody schedules anything over it. Afternoons are for pairing, teardowns, and dragging someone into your repo.
- Daily
Connect with Nature
A pristine beach, and some beautiful walking trails are a few minutes away from the villa. We encourage you to take some time everyday to clear your mind.
- Day 14
Demo day
Everyone ships something live. Small invited audience of founders and operators. Then it pours, and we sit on the verandah.
03 — Come if
- →You’re building something and you have commits to prove it
- →Crypto, AI, indie hacking, founding creator — the stack doesn’t matter
- →You want 2 solid weeks of focus, not boring panel discussions
- →You’d rather have 11 sharp peers than 400 badges
Don't if
- ×You’re “exploring the space” and want to network
- ×You need a stage, a moderator, or a swag bag
- ×You’re coming for the beach and the villa’s just cheap accommodation

04 — Why September
Because the rain empties the place out. Green hills, thunderstorms at dusk, empty roads, and no reason to be anywhere but at the table.
05 — Take a seat
Fourteen seats.
Tell us what you'd ship.
Two questions, three minutes. We reply within 48 hours and only ask for payment once you're in.
- What does $400 actually cover?
- Two weeks in a shared-occupancy room at the villa, a coworking space, gym, nutritious meals on us. Flights, visas on you.
- September in Goa — isn't that monsoon?
- It is, and that's deliberate. Rain means an empty state, clean beaches, green everywhere - the best working weather India has.
- How do I get in?
- Short application — what you're building and what you'd ship in two weeks. We read every one and reply within 48 hours. Payment only after you're accepted.
- Is this a Vyne thing?
- Vyne House is hosted by the team behind Vyne. You're not being sold anything — there's no pitch slot, no sponsor deck. We just like being in rooms like this and wanted one in Goa.
